Censor 5/3096 WWI

Shown is a cover from an early electronic Packet I found,
First Record I have of this censor, anyone have another showing where used?
As part of my studies I'm combing all publications I can find to harvest illustrations of the censors from CM 1 to CM 8,
Working back through all the Journals, have combed the last 3 illustrated auctions, all packets from Nick I can find, working on online dealers lists etc. Later will look at Firebrace etc to se what they showed.
On tis research I treat it like a criminal investigation, past records from F Daniell etc and other students in spreadsheet formats are a 'Report' a Statement if you want to look at it Legally.
However an illustration is a 'Record' once preserved it's there for future study and reference. Spreadsheet reports are an excellent confirmation but not always 'gospel'
My first thoughts were I was looking at 30.00 illustrations, after working on CM 5 & 6 with the security swaps its probally closed to 40,000 illustrations.
However it's do-able with assistance , again what can you offer? Many years ago I remember reading about a chap who collected 30,000 illustrations of Newspaper Wrappers, He went on to write the Recognized study of Newspaper Wrappers of the World.
