Today's first post is based on an article from Newsletter No 173, Autumn 1982.
Easier than saying look it up, I reproduce the two pages as published back then. As shown reproduced from the 'War Cover Bulletin' date unknown, My interest was caught by the Adenda at the foot of page two where mention is made of CM 5 & CM 6 used on US mail. Possibly the article may have further information or lead to something further. With the numbers involved in CM 5 & CM 6 (13,000 approx) any lead needs to be tracked down. Chris
